General : La Iglesia mormona tiene muchos fieles en los Estados Unidos y como pasa en todas las confesiones, siempre sale un “garbanzo negro” que usa las creencias de la gente en su propio beneficio. Eso nos cuenta esta película, que se basa en una historia real. El protagonista es un líder fundamentalista mormón, que debido a sus fechorías estuvo durante un año en la lista de los más buscados del FBI hasta que fue atrapado. Este líder mormón usaba su cargo para “arreglar” matrimonios con menores de edad, lo cual es un crimen muy grave castigado con muchos años de cárcel en los Estados Unidos y en casi cualquier parte del mundo. En la cinta conoceremos todo el proceso que este criminal seguía para vender a las niñas a sus compradores, los cuales se casaban con ellas a pesar de su edad, por lo que son tan criminales como el que las vendía. También podremos ver cómo lo detienen.
